Product Description

Product Information

●"Daichi no Kampo Benpiyaku" contains "Shinshu Daio" (rhubarb) and "Miyako Kanzo" (licorice), developed by our company.
It is a Kampo laxative using purely domestically produced crude drugs, carefully grown by contract farmers with the blessings of the land of Hokkaido.
●The Kampo formula "Daiokanzoto" firmly moves a sluggish large intestine and carries stool out smoothly.
●When taken before bedtime, a gentle, near-natural bowel movement is obtained the next morning, about 8 to 10 hours later*. *Results vary between individuals.
●The tablets have a "score line" so they can be split in half, allowing you to adjust the dose by half a tablet at a time according to the degree of constipation.
●Also relieves abdominal bloating (abdominal distension) and pimples associated with constipation.

Deviating from the specified dosage and administration of a medicine can lead to serious harm to health. Always read the product instructions carefully before use and follow the dosage and administration. Even when a medicine is used correctly according to the dosage and administration, side effects may occur. If you notice anything unusual, stop use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

●Precautions for Storage and Handling
(1) Store tightly closed in a cool place with low humidity, away from direct sunlight.
(2) Store out of the reach of children.
(3) Do not transfer to another container (this may cause misuse or change the quality).
(4) Discard the packing material in the bottle after opening the cap (putting the packing material back into the bottle may absorb moisture and cause the quality to change. The packing material is to prevent the tablets from breaking during transport).
(5) Close the bottle cap tightly after each use (moisture absorption may change the quality).
(6) Do not take the product after the expiration date.
(7) Write the date you opened the bottle in the "Date opened" space on the box and bottle.
(8) Once opened, to maintain quality, take it as soon as possible, within about 6 months from the date of opening.

[Adjust the dose to suit your symptoms] With the score line facing up, you can split the tablet in half using the curve of a spoon.
Start with the minimum dose the first time.
Place the tablet on the curved back of a spoon and press both sides of the tablet, centered on the score line, to split it.

[Advice for relieving constipation] Make bowel movements a habit. Go to the toilet once a day at a set time (after breakfast is best).
It is important not to hold back the urge to defecate.

Pay attention to your diet
Actively eat foods containing dietary fiber, such as beans, vegetables, and fruits, to encourage bowel movement.
Also try to drink fluids frequently.

Get moderate exercise
Moving your muscles with moderate exercise stimulates the intestines.
Incorporate stretching, jogging, and the like into your daily life.
Massaging your abdomen with moderate pressure is also effective.

When laxatives are used over a long period, they tend to become less effective unless the dose is gradually increased. Once your bowel movements improve after taking this medicine, stop taking it and wait 2 to 3 days to see how things go.
If you then become constipated again, resume taking it.
Gradually lengthen the interval between doses and regain normal bowel habits.
