DaiyoDrugStore reserves the right to accept or refuse any order, for any reason, at its discretion. Your order is not established until DaiyoDrugStore confirms its acceptance. Before we accept your order, your payment must be received and processed. Please review your order carefully before confirming it. Once your order has been accepted, DaiyoDrugStore may not be able to accommodate requests for cancellation. If we do not accept your order, change it, or cancel it, we will endeavor to notify you of this by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or phone number you provided at the time of your order. 
Returns or exchanges of your purchases will be handled only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that the products you purchase are for your own or your household's personal use, and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price of a product or the fee for a service will be the price applicable at the time of your order and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, displayed prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, or import fees.
Prices displayed in our online store may differ from prices offered in physical stores, or in online stores or other stores operated by third parties. We may run promotions in connection with the Services from time to time; these promotions may affect prices and are governed by terms separate from these Terms of Service. You agree to promptly update your account information and other information, including your email address, credit card number, and expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

(iii) that charges you incur will be honored by your credit card company; and
(iv) that you will pay the charges incurred, including the listed prices, shipping fees, handling fees, and all applicable taxes.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, or other causes beyond our control.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you at the time we hand the products over to the carrier.

The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of DaiyoDrugStore are trademarks of DaiyoDrugStore or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use these trademarks without the prior written permission of DaiyoDrugStore. The names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

As part of the Services, you may be given access to customer tools provided by third parties, which we do not monitor, control, or have any involvement in the content of.

DaiyoDrugStore is operated by Shopify and provides the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make at our store are made directly with DaiyoDrugStore. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales and purchases between you and DaiyoDrugStore (including damage or injury arising from products or services you purchase). You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with DaiyoDrugStore.

We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification. However, a failure to promptly notify you will not relieve you of your indemnification obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. However, we will not enter into any settlement involving non-monetary obligations on your part without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld).
