Current Shipping Notices
Due to international circumstances, reduced flights, disasters, strikes, customs regulations, and so on, shipping may be temporarily suspended, delayed, or the shipping method changed in some countries and regions.
Even when EMS shipping is not available, shipping via DHL, SF Express, or other carriers may be possible. After checking your order, we will contact you as needed.

About Shipping Methods
We will inform you of the shipping method after checking the destination country or region, product contents, and customs clearance status. We use EMS, DHL, SF Express, and others, but availability may vary depending on the country and product.

Countries, Regions, and Destinations Requiring Attention
Some Areas in the Philippines
For EMS to the Philippines, there may be restrictions on shipping or delivery to some islands and areas. This does not mean the entire country is unavailable, but depending on the area, delivery may be pickup at a local post office instead of delivery to the specified address.
FPO / APO / DPO (Military Mail)
Packages addressed to overseas military mail may be returned depending on the circumstances of the destination country. In principle, we will confirm with you before shipping.
P.O. Boxes, Forwarding Warehouses, and Hotels
Delivery to P.O. Boxes may not be possible depending on the shipping method. Courier services such as DHL may require an actual address where the package can be received. If you wish to ship to a P.O. Box, before ordering, please contact us.
Remote Islands and Remote Areas
Delivery to remote islands and remote areas may take longer than usual or may require additional confirmation.
About Customs Clearance for Medicines, Cosmetics, and Supplements
For medicines, cosmetics, supplements, OTC medicines, and health foods, there are regulations on personal import, import restrictions, import quantities, and ingredients depending on the country or region. Even for supported destination countries, customs clearance may be held, returned, or discarded depending on the contents, quantity, ingredients, and the decision of local customs. I would like to know whether you can ship to my country.
We ship to countries and regions covered mainly by the EMS, DHL, and SF Express delivery networks. If your country is not listed or you are unsure, before ordering, please contact us. We will check whether shipping is possible and let you know.
If EMS is not available in my country, can I not place an order?
Even if we cannot ship by EMS, we may be able to ship by another method such as DHL or SF Express. After checking your order and destination, we will inform you of the shipping method.
Can you ship to military mail addresses such as FPO/APO/DPO?
Because packages may be returned, in principle we will contact you to confirm before shipping. When ordering, providing details of the address in the notes field or similar makes the process smoother.
What happens if shipping to my destination country is suspended after I place an order?
If we can ship by another method, we will inform you of that method, and if shipping is difficult, we will contact you.
Can you ship Japanese OTC medicines and supplements to the United States?
We have shipping records of Japanese OTC medicines, supplements, cosmetics, and other products to the United States. However, confirmation may be required depending on the product contents, quantity, ingredients, and customs clearance status.
Can you ship Japanese medicines and cosmetics to Taiwan and China?
We have shipping records to Taiwan and China as well. For Taiwan we mainly use EMS, and for China we may use EMS or SF Express. For medicines, cosmetics, and health foods, customs clearance checks may be required depending on the quantity and ingredients.
How many days does international shipping take?
For major countries and regions, EMS may take about 3 to 7 days and DHL about 1 to 2 days. SF Express to China takes about 7 to 14 days. However, this may vary due to customs clearance, weather, busy seasons, and local delivery conditions. For details, see Estimated Delivery Times .
Do shipping fees differ by country?
Shipping fees differ depending on the destination country or region, the weight and size of the package, and the shipping method. Normally, please check the shipping fee displayed on the checkout screen. If you wish to ship large items, heavy items, large orders, or use a special shipping method, additional shipping fees or individual confirmation may be required.
