Shipping Methods
We recommend the most suitable shipping method based on the destination country or region, the items in your order and their weight.
Japan Post's international express mail service. It is used in many countries and regions, and the final delivery is handled by the local postal operator.
As an international courier service, delivery can be faster in some cases. Depending on the country and the items in your order, customs inspection may be stricter.
A reliable international shipping service for China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. We recommend it for customers in Asia.
For deliveries to China or South Korea, you must enter a personal customs code at the payment step of checkout. For China, enter your Resident Identity Card number. If you are a foreign national without a Resident Identity Card number, you can enter your passport number instead. For South Korea, enter the Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) issued by the Korea Customs Service. This is different from a resident registration number.

About Shipping Costs
Based on the destination country or region and the weight of your items, shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order.
Once you add items to your cart and enter your delivery address, the shipping cost will be displayed. Among EMS, DHL and SF Express, the methods available for your destination country or region are shown at checkout.
About Consumption Tax
For delivery within Japan, prices on product pages and in the cart include Japanese consumption tax.
For international delivery, Japanese consumption tax is deducted for orders that meet the conditions and you are charged the price excluding tax.
Returns and Cancellations
Cancellation before shipping: Please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns after shipping: We accept returns only for defective products (initial defects, damage or incorrect items shipped).
Medicines, health foods and similar items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for the customer's own reasons.

When you enter your delivery address at checkout, the available shipping methods and shipping costs are displayed. The quantity of medicines that may be imported varies with the regulations of the destination country or region. Even for personal use, orders with large quantities or with several different medicines together may be subject to customs inspection. If you have any concerns, please contact us with the product names, quantities and destination country before placing your order. For large quantities, we may split your order into separate parcels. For medicines and health foods, we ship items with as much time as possible remaining before the expiry date. If the expiry date is particularly important for a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
