●Dosage and Administration
Ages 12 and older: inject 1 unit (30 g) into the rectum per dose.
If this is not effective, inject the same amount once more.

(2) After using this medicine, hold on for a while until the urge to defecate becomes strong.

(3) Do not let children under 12 years use it.
(4) Use only as an enema.
(5) Inserting it forcibly may injure the rectal mucosa, so please be careful.
(6) In winter, place the container in warm water (40°C) and warm it to near body temperature for comfortable use.

JP Glycerin – 15.0 g

[How to use]
1. Remove the cap from the tip of the container and insert it into the anus as deeply as possible.
(If it cannot be inserted smoothly, squeeze out a little of the liquid to wet the area around the tip to make insertion easier.)
2. Slowly inject the liquid while squeezing the container.
3. After injecting the liquid, hold on for 2 to 5 minutes until the urge to defecate becomes sufficiently strong, then have a bowel movement.
