Press the raised part of the PTP sheet containing the tablet firmly with your fingertip to break the aluminum foil on the back, then take out the tablet and take it.

[Action] A climbing plant native to South America; its stems and leaves are used medicinally, and it has a sedative action.

[Ingredient] European mistletoe extract [Amount] 40 mg
[Action] An evergreen shrub that grows as a parasite on beech and oak trees; its branches, leaves, and twig tips are used medicinally, and it has a sedative action.

[Ingredient] Uncaria hook (kagikazura) extract [Amount] 90 mg
[Action] A climbing plant that grows wild in Japan and China; usually its thorns (hooks) are used medicinally, and it has a sedative action.

[Ingredient] Dried hop extract [Amount] 36 mg
[Action] A climbing plant native to Europe and also cultivated in Japan; its mature fruit spikes (cones) are used medicinally, and it has a sedative action.

Contains the following additives: calcium hydrogen phosphate, CMC, lactose, cellulose, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium oxide, macrogol, and sodium copper chlorophyllin.
