About mouth ulcers
"Mouth ulcers" is a general term for inflammation accompanied by small ulcers on the mucous membranes inside the mouth (the inside of the cheeks, the tongue, the inside of the lips, etc.). The causes vary, such as injuring the mucous membrane by biting it, an unbalanced diet, fatigue, lack of sleep, and stress. Because the affected area stings or hurts, problems such as difficulty eating and difficulty speaking tend to occur.
Advice for preventing mouth ulcers
○Aim for a nutritionally balanced diet
○Avoid staying up late and irregular lifestyles
○Avoid letting stress and fatigue build up
○Refrain from alcohol, tobacco and irritants as much as possible
○Stimulate saliva with gum, candy, etc. to prevent the mouth from drying out
○Brush your teeth after meals to keep the mouth clean
